The Indian DVD makers have to get more clever with their marketing to cover up the $hitty quality of the DVDs themselves. Here are some I'd like to see:

Devdas- Lifetime supply of whiskey with purchase to inebriate the viewers, giving them the impression that the DVD quality is good.

Dil Chahta Hai- Get a rotted disc, win two tickets to Goa!

Aankhen- Three pairs of sunglasses for viewers to wear to cover up the bad quality of the DVD.

Any other ideas?
