For the first time in his acting career, Anil Kapoor will play a full-fledged villainous role in director Anurag Kashyap’s next film.
Anil has done a few roles in the past that had shades of gray but he has never played a proverbial ‘badman’ in Bollywood films.
However, the actor whose recently released Rishtey bit the dust at the marquee, will step into a villain’s shoes for a small budget movie to be directed by Paanch director Anurag Kashyap.
Anil plays a corrupt cop in the film.
The yet-to-be-titled movie will be a semi-realistic thriller with no songs and special item numbers.
Moreover, the movie will have an all-male star cast with no actress in a major role.
