I am sure I am not the only one that would like to rent desi dvds before figuring out whether they are worth buying or not (esp with all the versions around). In uk however there seems to be no stores (at least on-line) which you can rent from.

I have been trying to convince http://www.dvdoptions.com (an on-line rental store i have found to be very good) to start stocking Desi dvds. I think however a single voice is not enough to convince them that there is a market for such so please if anyone else is interested in such like me - email them too and prove there is.

Alternatively if one can tell me if there is a place one can rent from - my ears are open!!!!!!!!!

I use in-movies.com, although they do have a indian movie category they only have a fair amount of titles and I still haven't been able to rent one yet! Also they are get "new releases" or anything like that. I've been on the waiting list for Dil To Pagal Hai for months now and the title has been categorised as "coming soon"!

in-movies.com is the only oneI know that do indian dvd rentals. Service is good and keep the DVDs for as logn as you want (which is why there probably one desi in the UK with all the indian dvds from in-movies!)

they rent indian dvds in bradford any asian video shop, mostly pirate ones, also most of the time they are copying them to vhs so they might not let you take it then and their.
