capture screenshots??

can someone pls tell me how to capture screenshots using either powerdvd 3.0 or realplayer1 or windowsmedia player ??

i'm sure ALI posted this info before but i couldn't find it after doing a search !!!

powerdvd 3, better 4 version!! with ur dvdrom,I dont remember thread, where ali posted, yaar try serching powerdvd4! :baaa:

thanks for that info ARSH but i don't have powerdvd4 i have done a search for it but the info to do screenshots is different than with powerdvd3 i don't seem to have a capture tab on my powerdvd3 !!!
