mIRC is working fine for me. mIRC is a client that allows you to access various networks of IRC. Dalnet is all messed up right now, another denial of service attack. It should be back up soon.

try selecting a individual sever to connect rather than selecting a random server. at the moment dragons.us.dal.net works fine
