From the MAKERS of TUM BIN!!
If it would be from YRF will be shaking around with at least 8/10 score!!!
Aapko Pehle Bhi Kahin Dekha Hai This T-Series and Anubhav Sinha production has score by the music company’s regular composers Nikhil-Vinay. The duo come up with likeable compositions here in their typical style, and you feel that some songs have been heard before in the earlier T-Series films. Also the composers borrow heavily from the golden oldies, but the overall effect is a listener-friendly score. So no one’s complaining. The title song is a difficult composition made catchy by the composer-duo, while the next number Kuch bhi na kaha has a good rhythm. A ghazal by Jagjit Singh and Asha Bhosle, Aisi aankhen nahin dekhi, is soulful, followed by the pacy Ishq to jadoo hai sung well by Sonu Nigam and Alisha Chinoy. Alka Yagnik impresses with the heart-rending Baba ki rani hoon, which is arranged well by Babloo Chakraborty. Babloo again does a good job in arranging Kabhi khan khan khan, another instantly catchy number. A pathos-laden Sajna main haari is well-sung by Harshdeep, who sounds a bit like Reshma. Alisha is in her elements yet again as she renders the dance-track Dil gaya kaam se with the right punch. Udit Narayan is at his romantic best in the concluding song Barsaat, which has a heard-before tune. Sameer’s lyrics are simple. Rajan Raj’s lyrics in Baba ki rani hoon touch you. Nikhil-Vinay make their presence felt yet again.
