Aishwarya Rai goes International!

Quiet a few actresses and models have modeled for international brands, but virtually none of them have been featured in the foreign advertisements of the same companies, who prefer to limit the allure of local models to local territory. However, Longines has now broken that rule, featuring their brand ambassador Aishwarya Rai in their ad featured in UK's 'Glamour' magazine, wearing a Dolce Vita wristwatch. With Ash already pondering taking up Hollywood films, looks like this is one more step ahead in the right direction to going international! Atta girl!

funny news, considering she has been the brand ambassador of that company SINCE 1999!...now normally i would expect, that since she has been its ambassador for so long, she must have done previous ads with them ; it can't be the first one...but anyways, any confirmation?

This reporting is actually accurate. Aishwarya has been associated with the company but ONLY FOR ASIAN MARKET CAMPAIGNS. This is the first time she has been featured in the Western market. Its not confusing at all.
