Great Article..

I thought i was the only one, who found the movie to be way too made up compared to original story. They even spoke in bengali here and there.. few words.. Which was annoying after they repeated same words again and again... Before going to watch this movie in cinemal.. i was expecting to see bagicha.. mango trees, etc.. Cinematography may be considered great compared to today's movies.. but was definitely expecting way more than that.. Especially when Bhansali is trying to revive a classic! alas..

I knew about the K.L Saighal' Devdas.. I just wish i could get a hold of that movie, in any form....

The beauty of Devdas lies in its minimalism

i think that they missed the whole point...
