Is there quality difference between dvd from USA & UK. If so, which is best?

Mostly the same - usually the cover changes slightly but the discs are the same from Eros, Spark, GVI (who release mostly Video Sound DVDs) and Yash Raj Films.

There are exceptions, for example.. ASOKA the PAL (UK) version to be better than US verion. UK ones definitely costly compared to US. :oo:
