Also get ready for incorrect aspect ratio, very poor quality video and even worse media quality. I have bought 6 different copies of Raaz so far and out of which only 1 copy actually worked and that too stopped working after a while.

Tips last DVDs such as "The Legend of Bhagat Singh" had a good video (although non-anamorphic) and a dynamic sound. I am hoping that they don't fall behind this time and have an anamorphic dvd. I have no complaint against their video or sound. Its much better in some ways than eros/video sound.

That was MY POINT too, that STILL IT MIGHT be NON ANAMORPHIC, WIDESCREEN, but with GOOD SOUNDS and COLORS! LOBS was very well done DVD! indeed! RELATIVELY!!
I wish, TIPS should have ENHANCED it to ANAMORPHIC, IT would be STEALLAR! :baaa:  :O

These next batch of screen shots are from the promos of DHT of the same Tips DVD showing better picture in terms of colour and contrast (the actual feature shows a darker over saturated picture while the promos look more balanced);

Isko DVD kehte hain ??? Yeh to VHS hai DVD ke roop mein

This has got to be by far the worst DVD in term of video quality :bangbang: ...but you could kinda of tell it was going to suck by a couple of things:

1. The cover of the DVD
2. The sticker stating..."Full Length Feature Film" what the hell did they mean by this ???
3. TIPS ... need I say more?

this is outrageous!!!!! :oh: I expected DHT dvd to be better than Media Partners' "Sur" but this is totally vice-versa. After Tips' "TLOBS" dvd you could've expected the same treatment to Dil Hai Tumhaara dvd but looking at screenshots, its worse I guess VideoSound would have done much better job (if they were to release it) after all..... :(

I just saw this movie - the pirate disc was a lot lot worse than the TIPS one!!! I have to admit, although I wasn't expecting anything at all, I was pleasantly surprised. Sure, the film was nothing new, but it was engaging. It had some decent performances, and the whole romantic angle took a back seat to the mother daughter relationship. IT was a bit too long though - I agree with what Arsh has said in another thread - its worth a watch for Rekha alone!!!

Film/DVD even being KACHRA transfer and PACKING has GREAT FACE VALUE!

because of STAR CAST! including REKHA and PREITY posted on it!! Every body walkingin the store will PICK this up for viewing!!
Yaar CCCC was rehased 100x story but worked well!!
Why not DHT!? :baaa: ???

DVDS are mostly NOT GOOD any ways! Look at latest WEG releases!
I personally think, it will do MUCH BETTER than CRAP..OJJ!and will have sustaining value at BO, like HTHS!

Now!! SUR even being GOOD dvd/GOOD film/SLEEK packing and features..does not have a FACE value!

It is like watching a film, low budget with ALIEN stars!
But in DVD esp overseas, it will BENEFIT from WORD OF MOUTH!
even OVERSEAS..people wont make THEATRE TRIP to watch..LUCKY ALI!

:baaa: :stupid:
