Since my local DVD stores don't stock the REAL LEGIT version (i.e. the one with subtitles) and since I DON'T SPEAK TELUGU, am considering buying this from Indiaweekly.com. Anyone seen the DVD? Can you comment on quality (and quality of film in general, while you're at it? I'm a huge Nagarjuna fan!)?

Simran if you dont mind interlaced DVDs.. then this is a pretty good effort from Media Dimensions who have (most likely) authored this DVd for EVP.. The story is very similar to KKHH ( hum sirf ek hi baar pyar karte hai..ek hi baar jeete hai ..stuff).. and its is pretty Mushy... No subtitles for songs...though

If you are a Gracy Singh fan then you must surely see it. That dame's no flash in the pan artiste!

Santosham is a very good film and the DVD though interlaced offers the best possible image for that class. I liked it so much that I watched second time again the day after I watched the first time.
