September 10, 2002. Ek Chhotisi Love Story is turning into a badisi break for Jessica Choksi, Manisha Koirala's body double.
She has been flooded with film offers. Jessica has been offered a film which has Sanjay Dutt in the lead. Besides that, Jessica claims to have received enquiries from Subhash Ghai's Mukta Arts and Boney Kapoor's production house.
The going has been good so far for this middle-class Gujarati girl, who says she took up acting to finance her mother's hospital bills. Though her film is still caught in the throes of controversy, Jessica has become a chhotisi celebrity in her own right!
