This exactly was the reason for my post that perhaps Shemaroo DVD won't be as good as PAL broadcast. That's if telecine is PAL and DVD, as we know surely will be in NTSC. In this case a DVD-recording of PAL broadcast will be better.

If it's NTSC telecine, that I doubt, then Shemaroo DVD should be the best of three.

Unfortunately SonyMax are broadcasting this and they tend to have really soft picture compared to Zee TV or Zee Cinema. Shemaroo DVD (when ever it makes an appearance) should be much better than SonyMax. If Zee decide to broadcast it then it might be different story.

I sooooooo cannot wait for this to come on Sony Max, and I will defo buy this on DVD as it is going to be the best print around even if its not a high spec DVD (just like the TNT dvds of Coolie and Naseeb).

this is one hell of a corny (but good) movie..

Yeh its quite decent film, we used to have this on VHS and watched it so many times that got sick of it, but that was over 20 years ago now. Quite refreshing to watch it again.
