Yes! ali, I loved that film, music too, dvd was very good by DEI too, but on Ayangran picture it does not look like Aish's picture and I always thought she was in TAMIL version too, and film was just DUBBED in HINDI with REDONE music!

Yep, the Tamil film was dubbed into Hindi. And it did poorly in that form, but it was a huge hit in Tamil. That is Aish in the Tamil version, Arsh. I don't like Prashant, so perhaps that colored my view of the film. He has one of those faces that only looks good when he's angry or crying.

its the same as posted. Review of the Ayngaran version is now up Click Here to view

Picture wise the DEI/EROS version is better then the Ayngaran International version. Sound wise Ayngaran DVD is much better as it has been taken from the original DTS mix master source.

If you have a DVD-R then copy the picture (and subtitles) from the DEI and the sound from Ayngaran and you have a decent disc :D

Neither transfer is properly done. DEI/Eros seems dark with missing detail; first set of shots show this the most - the guy in the red jacket in the left has hardly anything showing in the DEI DVD – also see the plant in the bottom set of shots. Then again the Ayngaran DVD seems to too bright to the point where detail goes missing – evidence is the second shots in the background windows behind the photo pose – window frames disappear as contrast/brightness is too high. DEI DVD is better encoded and looks more sharper while the Ayngaran DVD is soft (which is typically of their DVDs) most probably from an interlaced source.
