After roping in Amitabh Bachchan and Hema Malini for his latest venture 'Baaghban' which will be executed by his son, B R Chopra is now sending feelers to none other than Shah Rukh for a special appearance, according to sources. And SRK will probably more than oblige considering the caliber of the filmmaker and the cast. With a starcast like that, looks like the Chopra banner will be flying high again!

The calibre of B. R. Chopra the father was never in doubt but as far as Ravi Chopra (director of Baagbaan) is concerned I have serious doubts, considering the track record of his films.

Sanjay, your right about Ravi Chopra, he isn't any worthy director at all. I would rather see this new film directed by B.R. Chopra than Ravi Chopra. Plus, it is said that the script of this film "Baagbaan" was written by B.R.Chopra like 30-40 years ago and its being put to practice now. Wouldn't this make this films subject too out-dated? ???

Shah Rukh ends sabbatical
It is nearly after a gap of six months that Shah Rukh Khan faced the camera recently. Yes, he has begun shooting for a guest appearance in Boney Kapoor's Shakti-The Power, at Mumbai's NSC grounds. This is for a song wherein Shah Rukh Khan will be seen shaking a leg with the gorgeous Aishwarya Rai. And no, he is not doing a film with Rai as it has been reported. Shakti-The Power, the Indian version of Not Without My Daughter, stars Nana Patekar and Karisma Kapoor

Amen to that.....in fact he is only fit to direct commercials like the ones he used to for LUX...yeah right the same ones starring Hema Malini, Zeenat Aman, Poonam Dhillon etc.

if from what I see in the trailors is accurate, SRK has guest roll in SHAKTI. because he seems to be playing the roll of Jagpathi Babu from the telugu version ANTHAPURAM. its a phat movie :)
