If the cover of a DVD seems to be a DEi/Eros title and it would say at the back cover at someplace either "Authorized By Digital Entertainment Inc." or "Marketed By Digital Entertainment Inc." However, if you open up the cover and it has no DEi logo on the DVD disc itself(ONLY the Eros logo), does this justify the DVD to be a fake DEi/Eros title or a real one?

I have around 20 DEi/Eros titles on hand, and they all have the DEi logo on the DVD disc, however, I have seen titles which look like a DEi/Eros title from the cover, but it doesn't show the logo on the disc. PLUS, Zulmis review of the DVD Laawaris is an example of a DEi/Eros title with no DEi logo on the DVD disc. Is there any distinctions or not? Could someone please clearify this for me please?
