Gangua is a sculptor and is in madly love with Gauri. He has immense faith in Lord Shiva. A tantrik who is raving for eternal power grabs a cobra who has power to turn into human being. Tantrik performs a particular Pooja in order to become immortal and to possess super natural power. Gangua and Gauri arrive at nick of moment and Tantrik gets disturbed. Gangua challenges Tantrik and tells him that Lord Shiva is supreme. Tantrik with his power turns Gauri into a statue. Gangua vows that he would find his love Gauri with the grace of Lord Shiva. Nagraj(Cobra) promises to help Gangua due to gratitude.

Ganguas next birth takes place and he is known as Krishna. Krishna finds a job in a Mannequin shop as a Salesman. where Gauris mannequin is also there. Gauri finds her beloved Gangua and talks to him. Krishna is baffled that how could a statue talk? Everybody laughs at him when he tells about it. Tantrik finds Gangua in Krishna. Tantrik makes many bids on Krishnas life but he is saved by Nagraj.

Krishna comes to know all about his past births story. He again challenges Tantrik. Now, Lord Shiva eliminates Tantrik and Krishna and Gouri get united forever.

I thought this was a remake of Mannequin (or something like that) - wasn't Paapi Gudiya a remake of Childs Play?
