I dont know how many of you saw the movie "Datak". I thought that was a very good movie. A different type of story and pretty much true stuff. Does anybody have the dvd of this movie. Please give me some info on it so that I can go and purchase it. Thank you

I saw this film on DVD a couple weeks back, and I think it was Video Sound who penned this film for DVD (can't remember). As far as the film itself is concerned, I didn't enjoy it too much. I guess it was an out and out "art" film. :sleep:
The only positive aspect to the film which I liked was Rajat Kapoor's performance, very natural & very good.

Yeh definitely by Video Sound who released this DVD few weeks back. Not seen it myself but Video Sound DVDs in general are some of the poorest around.

Sounds interesting the story of Dattak...unfortunately I will never be able to watch just like I will never be able to watch Bombay Boys. Companies like Video Sound and Eros have created such a bad reputation that I will never buy their product no matter how good the movie is.
