thats right it is the remake of the tamil film.. it has kareena kapoor playing the role of khushi and fardeen khan playing the role that vijay did!! The film is a Boney Kapoor production.

Can Someone with inside info please confirm if EROS is going to release the theatrical version of DEVDAS in North America and also if EROS is going to release the DVD in North America ?

As far as I know some other company is releasing the movie in theatres etc. !

don't care who does the dvd ... won't make a big difference unless its one of the other american company does it ... :xmas:

how come you all got such a beef with EROS..

their dvds are not the best, but still i think they are pretty good compared to that supersound and all the other crap.

we can't expect american companies to make DVDs off all hindi movies. though i really think that one of these days one might.

then i will wonder what to do with hundred of hindi dvds that i have bought. what will you guys do with your collection? :ffs:

YesBoss the beef with EROS is they dont have any BALLA's and as a result they are a bunch of NAPUNSAK's.... and thats why its all the more important that a film like DEVDAS gets a proper Hollywood Treatment ! ( a la Universal...)

I will be extremely disappointed if EROS does the DVD :(

BTW....wasnt ur nick the title of that lousy company u call supersound (aka Video sound :D ) ?
