I know of 2 DVD releases, BEI and Shemaroo.

It's a J Om Prakash (Rakesh Roshan's Father In Law) film (Aan Milo Sajna, Aaye Din Bahaar Ke, most/ all his films starting with 'A').
Most of his films are in DVD by Shemaroo and some by BEI and the DVDs are direct Film to NTSC (Pseudo Prog ) and have complete content. (BEI Aan Milo Sajna is Progressive)

But, not Aayee Milan Ki Bela, perhaps his most successful film. This film was as successful as 1964s other two top hits SANGAM and DOSTI.

Film CC shows 4420 meters which is 161 min.
Both Shemaroo and BEI DVDs are 129 min (134 min film time: 4% speed up - Field Averaged). So, 27 min of content is missing. When I obtained this DVD a few Yrs back, it felt like a lot is missing but did not think of checking the film length on CC. (Actually, it's next to impossible to see the film CC on BEI as it's only one frame, but Shemaroo has film CC for enough duration that you can see the frame)

Comparing BEI and Shemaroo DVDs PQ, side by side, I'm unable to say if BEI one is definitely better PQ. Perhaps a tad better but can't be not sure of that.

As J Om Prakash and his film company FILMYUG are still active, let's hope that we get to see the full content and a good quality restoration, one day.

I know! Why can't we treat our classics well? In all other countries, people love and respect their classics. They treat them well and provide a greatly mastered and restored DVDs.

Its high time Indian DVD restorers wake up and nourish, restore and enhance their films well.

Shemaroo has uploaded a version that’s longer than the old DVDs. Still incomplete WRT CC run time though.
