I recomend Ali! to read my post on K3g and review at rediff!!for this 4 thumbs up and 100 out of 10 flick! my foot!
Jodi no-1 was entertaining for most of the viewers, not me, I thought it was stupidity going even below bottom line, does it make it 10/10, 2 thumbs up!!Come on Guys!Reality check time!Grow out of mushes sugar coated Mohabtaen and KKHH,HSSH and Ek rishta and not to forget YAADEIN!!Feel good!!O.K but not substantial!!!
i'll recomend true cinema fans to watch Moksha this season, just for the name of good cinema!as an ART!!not TRICK!!

I was only kiddin :DD: I'm sure many will swear by K3G as they did with KKHH and Mohabbatein – films which I’ve only seen once really and I’m still waiting to fully see DDLJ yet :0 ... where is that DVD ???

well guys just saw the film...... it is a thoroughly enjoyable film where 3.5 hours pass by quite easily..... amitabh's role is pretty similar to mohabbetein..... but everyone has done a great job and it is hard to pick a favourite.,... shahrukh is pretty much his usual self... kajol is very very likeable and hrithik and kareena look good and hrithik acts well..... the film has several flaws in it but hey where can one expect a hindi film to be flawless.... u gotta ignore some of the flaws as they rarely affect u enjoying the film.... i can say by not thinking too much logic and jsut sitting and enjoying the film k3g is a fairly good film and definitely one of the better hindi films towards the last half of 2001.... if u ask me to compare it to kkhh then maybe that film was a touch better... i went to the film with many high expectations and i was not dissapointed..... my phirang friends quite enjoyed the film too...

Guys after reading the review of K3G I feel vindicated....as this movie wont do well in India ( vis-a-vis KKHH, DDLJ style). This movie, as I had rightly predicted, is targetted towards the NRI populace..which makes it alien for an avg Indian viewer... Maybe Karan Johar will realize that NRI based movies are out of vogue now...As for the stupid NRI population (read ABCds CBCDs, UKBCDs,AusBCDs..and others) go ahead and spend 3.5 Hrs of quality time with ur family lamenting abt India in the theatre :D

Doubt Non-Hindi speaking audiences will enjoy the flick. Saw the film with few cinema employees and my mate who manages the place. They decided to see the film after my mate was telling them that this film will bring in lots of Indian film customers, and is the best Hindi cinema has to offer this year (Tut-Tut-Tut).

All of them found the film too long and quite silly in places. When the songs/or a long winded speech came on they moaned 'Not another one!' I tried to explain to them about how this is what family audiences wanted to see, and how these conventions fit in with bollywood cinema audiences.

I know it isn't the fact they don't like Indian films, as a couple of them found Aks, Lagaan and even Dil Chatha Hai to be decent flicks and was surprised at the quality of the productions (Gary even bought the original DVDs of DCH, Satya & Nayak off me!). But they feel this film to be so similar to so many other Indian films they see.

The only ones who enjoied K3G was me and my manager mate and we was the only Asians out of the nine of us there (except for his gf -but she thought the film was 'shite' and left after intermission). Now the rest of the employees are looking forward to thier exclusive showing of LOTR on Wed Morning, which I will also attend (Lucky me).

Trust me make mates with your local cinema manager and you get loads of benefits :alien:

the film has already been branded a hit in india..... it has the biggest opening ever and house full for 1 week and if it can sustain it for another 2-3 weeks financially this film is a hit..... audiences are mixed abt the film .... some love it some were dissapointed.... so expect it to be a hit..... if anyone is expecting a yaadein here then u will be dissapointed....
