I have had this DVD for a while but just saw the film today. It's one of Dharminder's early films. Perhaps first or second as a hero (first film was Boy Friend but he was not a hero, other films at time of AKP were Shola Aur Shabnam, Shadi and Dil Bhi Tera Hum Bhi Tere).

It's a social tearjerker. What I found most interesting was all the songs that were/ are so famous (I didn't know' realize all these were from this film).

It's a WEG DVD on SL, so don't expect any miracles in PQ but see it just for the songs (audio is DD 2.0 @ 256 kbps; excellent) and may be story might interest you as well.

I've heard all of these songs for years and years on one of my Dad's LPs. I've never seen the film - but the songs are fantastic!
