"Better Luck Tomorrow" will probably give BILB a run for its money in the competition between limited releases.

Probably not. BETTER LUCK TOMORROW has pretty much finished it's theatrical playings and I think the DVD release has already been announced. It opened and closed at my multiplex here in two weeks. MTV did a very poor job of releasing it.

Meanwhile, BECKHAM continues to expand and just made the top ten at the box office. It will be around a while.

BLT just opened in yet another screen here in Dallas this week, so it is now playing in about 7-8 theaters. It is not a feel-good film like BILB, but it is an excellent film, and this is the direction 2nd generation Indian filmmakers must go next - characters whose ethnicity isn't the point of the film.

You are right on, about this. That is exactly what I too stated earlier regarding the listing of 'Italy' as one of the locations.

It has been over 10 weeks now in Canada and no sign of slowing down. Stil keeps on running in multiple theatres. It keeps on picking up with time. There is one full page (section front page) news article in Yesterday' Toronto Star. It covers both leading girls and also mentions The Phenomenon and Cult Following among teenagers (soccer enthusiasts and othrs) that this movie has become.
