be another $6 so thats still only $14 which is about £8

Whereas Mr Khiladi (i.e. Me) is not an ozzy, but from UK.

OK!! guys!! Thnx ! for the tip!!

SHAHENSHAH is an indeed GOOD transfer for the film, very lively and colorful..even confirmed..INTERLACED!!! If it would be PROG then would look better than BMCM....

Now..Just a FOLLOW UP on SOUND?AUDIO....Audio is DAMN/SHIT PSEUDO 5.1....VERY LOUD!! to NUMB your ears!!
With a LOT OF HISSING>>>>>to DISTRACT you!!!

Rana ji!! I would recomend this for GOOD PQ..if u dont mind INTERLACED!!...Very colorful..just for song..""jane do jaane do mujhe jana hai"" get it!!

Why do these SHIT DVD AUTHORS!! even touch that damn AUDIO button!!????

Thanks Arsh for the tip. Mine is on the way.

After running out of any more available progressive DVDs, now I am considering Good Interlaced or Good Pseudo-progressive DVDs. I know, many don't distinguish bet Interlaced or Pseuo-prog, but I consider Pseudo-prog better than (field averaged) Inerlaced for Prog Scan set-ups. I hope Shahenshah turns out to be Pseudo-prog.

Shahenshah was released in the days when Britain's High Octane Bhangra music became popular and made me spend a few thousand dollars on my Hi Fi. Shahenshah music was the first Hindi Film music that I thought did justice to my Hi Fi. My niece still teases me whether I still listen those Shahenshah songs that loud.

This version is MUCH better than that awful T-Series DVD. A must have for Big B fans.

Hey guys,

I was just wondering about the audio quality of the Tip Top version of "SHAHENSHAH". I've heard that the video is quite good, but is the audio on par with the video..Is it dolby or mono.Overall, is the DVD better than the T-Series version that was in the stores earlier.
Also, I've heard that this company Tip Top Video is as good as DEI or rather BEI in terms of video clarity, and sharpness, could we expect them to re-vamp classics like "AGNEEPATH" & "SHAKTI". ???

mr rasul... the sound is nothing spectacular!!1 it is basically stereo panned to all 5 channels, which is kinda annoying!! and yes it is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than the T-Series of Shahenshah.. if ure an AB fan get this disc..!! as for DEI quality.. i dont really think it is, but still it is a very good disc!!

Faddy,

Thanks man, I was hoping that the audio wouldn't be that great. but still, I'd rather have this one than the T-series disc.
Also, I read earlier that you were going to put a full review on aazadi.com. Do u plan to do that..
Thanks,
Haroon. :)
