Spiky DIL DOOBA they used SEPIA efffect!

I liked VAADA RAHA better!!

I personally rank, performance wise..

Ajay Devgan( any villian could have done that role..but Ajay gave it a CLASS)

AB( even Amrish Puri would have done it , to T, but AB gave FACE VALUE to film)

Akshay Kumar..I liked him a bit better in second half..first half, he was just not into it..his voice is terrible imho)

Atul..V.V GOOD..but brief!I wanted to see more from this man..

Tanuja( comeo, but Par excellence), gives AB run for his money when together.

Tushar..I am glad, he was not there much either( was picked as Santoshi, getting family film to direct)

Aish...Wasted( as usual) just for show piece...even ISHA KOPIKAR , or Priyanka could have done that role..

Again..CAST COLLECTED..for FACE VALUE...but this INCREASED cost of FILM, making it only AVERAGE..and IMHO..it is AN AVERAGE PRESENTATIOn from RKS..just twisted/enhanced version of 4 guys/badies story of CHINA GATE!! with CREAM CAST and less than CREAM results..

I hate this DVD. I want my $30 cdn back. Not in my wildest dreams would I think a Eros DVD of a new movie would get this bad. I want the Bombino DVD from India now...it has to be better than this....

Umm, I'll be a little cautious as to how I choose my words (seeing all the anger, in this thread, over this DVD), but I'm very happy with mine. I don't know, maybe I got a different DVD from all of you...lol. First of all, mine has Ansari trying to kill himself with the gun (Akshay climbs the wall, etc.). Also, the Amitabh-Ajay fight has Amitabh go for the inhaler. At the end, the voice-over does not exist. The picture quality and the sound quality are excellent. Hell, I even like the cover. Sorry, I hate Eros as much as does the next guy, but I think, here, they got things right. "Vaastav," now that DVD makes me cringe.

Problem is currently, you are not capable of telling good from bad! :roll:
you need 5+ years of zulm training, cursing, lash back to achieve that capacity!!

Keep on working dude! Woh waqt door nahin..you will one day! I bet! after a lot of money(?) Time bombs, freezes etc! 8)

Oh no, come on now. I think I've been made an ass of by Indian-DVD makers enough times to be a true member of the Zulm.net community...lol. :lol: My "Khakee" DVD actually is guite good. I'll be the first to admit that the shots posted in this thread are atrocious. I'd be marching down to Eros with a shotgun in each hand (how many times have we all vowed that?) if my DVD were like that. You know what adds to this enigma: I never bought my DVD. I was at work one day, and a package came for me. It was from Eros. When I opened it, I found a brand-new, sealed copy of "Khakee." I never purchased it. I entered Eros's contest for the DVD, but I didn't win (I was not one of the ten winners [I checked the list...many times; lol]). It was the happiest fortuitous event of my life. I don't know what else to say. 8)

It could be that he has the newer version of eros dvd. supposedly eros released another "Full Version" dvd with better picture quality. I havent seen that version coz its only available for purchase here and I have boycott eros dvd for a long time now. It would be nice if he can post some screen shots for us.

Do any other versions of Khakee exist, say from India....or only the Eros version. As well, are the UK and American releases the same inside?...despite having different covers.

the madman aussie dvd is in PAL and has good review on picture and sound compared to R1 versions in NTSC. Can anyone clarify or post shots?
