I wonder how good it will be. It might be the EROS transfer. I think the DEI/EROS version is the best, but I heard that there was a version done on VHS by an american company which was even better,
I have a two-tape Indian VHS at hometown in a special pack -- it's very well done -- I think it's by Magnum --- by the way, there is a slightly extended theatrical edition too... with more footage of buzkashi and some other minor extensions.
Yes, the VHS is Magnum.

In India, a new DVD of Khuda Gawah has been released.

Distributed by - Everest (Dolphin Entertainment)
Non-anamorphic PAL, 185 minutes, Dolby Digital 5.1, English subtitles

During opening credits, the AR is 2.20; in rest of the movie, it is 2.00.
Sound is 5.1 but without much channel separation/mixing. Is noisy at times.

IMHO, DEI-EROS is miles ahead the best of all the releases...

EXCUSE ME?! How about you think before creating a duplicate topic? :fight:

Dont create duplicate topics when one already exists on Khuda Gawak Spark Version .. you could have simply replied to that topic and posted you screen grabs within it. Multiple topics about the same thing are NOT allowed and will be closed or merged upon discretion of the Admin(s).

This topic will now be merged with the old one and renamed to include the screen grabs.

Everest / Dolphin dvd:
- PAL
- 185 minutes
- non-anamorphic (credits in 2.20:1, rest of the movie in 2.0:1)
- Hindi 5.1 (but not noticeable separation)
- English subtitles

Can you list similar details for the Spark dvd?

=

How long was the movie in theatres?

I have the YBR / T-Series version with me now... stay tuned.
