When I like the movie enough, I buy it, otherwise I watch it once and delete it off my HD.

Dont even do that for Daas. I watched it and got headache and still having it for the last 3 days. No more Jeyam Ravi movies (after Vijay, he is the next actor that I am banning. Even Vijayakanth movies are not this much violence)

UllamKetkume - wait for DVD. Good songs and picturization

Priyasakhi - rent vhs or anything. If you dont have VHS, rent "Savalae Samali" starring Sivaji and Jayalalitha. Its EXACTLY the same.

Madhavan may be handsome than Sivaji, but Sada is no where close ot Jayalalitha. You must watch this film to see that. Also this particular role fits Jaya more than anybody else!

Jay Jay Jayalalitha!!!

I just posted because some people I know recently "gave up" on waiting for Anniyan and bought pyramid version. According to Ayngaran, it will be released on 101st day in theatre, so another 2 more weeks and then the wait will be over.

That's similar info that I heard at the Ayngaran store last week. It was quite strange to see the Ayngaran store selling the Pyramid version of the DVD. I will be buying the Ayngaran version whenever it comes out.

On another note, I picked up the DVD of the Rajnikant starrer, Dharma Dorai. Was Tyagi a remake of this flick, because the plot seems to be similar, according to memory.
