those INquliab shots are exactly like the prints zee cinema showed of NASEEB & COOLIE almost done from the house of DEI !!!

i might have to try and get the ones from play to find out if they are better than the current vhs to dvd rips of these 2 big b blockbusters !!!

Asif, do let us know if there is any improvement in the prints... Naseeb came on CH4 several years ago and the print was BEI standard... A better quality DVD got to hit the market - sooner or later!

just had another look at the details at play regarding the NASEEB dvd its says full screen 4.3 and the BABA dvd i got is sort of widescreen if u know what i mean and the zee cinema version of NASEEB was proper widescreen again if u know what i mean i think the best thing is for brother FADDY to record them when they come on again to get an idea of the print quality if he ahsn't already done so being a big b fan !!!

:shock: 4:3 wouldn't trust them! Covers look cheap and tacky too. Also they have the BBFC certs on them but it's not been through BBFC approval recently.

Spoke to BEI about this title, and yes it is on the way
(anamorphic, interval card, and in its original 2.0. mono track)...

One of my fav childhood films...the print seems to be in ok condition.

Seeing as I have been the bearer of bad screenshots of the Satte Pe Satta DVDs, I thought I'd complete the trio with screenshots of the Entertainment One version. This version has subtitles too (my Baba version doesn't, I think the Shemaroo version does though). I've tried to do comparison shots with the previous ones, they're not identical though. Enjoy.
