Sorry to hear about your attacks but extremely glad to hear of your well being now.

Do take care and keep getting some cardio-vascular exercise.....relax, do yoga and you should be good as new.

Thanks all for your good wishes. My recovery so far is going well and the doctors feel I ought to be able to completely recover much sooner than most people due to my age.
