I just rented and watched Darr as a result of its inclusion in these lists.

I would say that it was okay, but not in the same league as DDLJ, KKHH, Asoka, Devdas or even K3G.

The songs and dances were okay, nothing as good as any of the films I listed above. The same with the photography. Compare the great scenes of Switzerland in DDLJ with the more lame scenes of Switzerland in Darr.

As far as the story and dialogue, it gets somewhat repetitious. SRK's performance was the best part, but I didn't think he was able to carry the film on his own.

I still have hopes for Baazigar ...

This is only based on the films I've seen, because I haven't seen every Shah Rukh film!
