Whoa, that makes no sense at all. Here on the online version, DEVDAS is clearly at #4, and GANGS OF NEW YORK is in the top five.

This new Time article is obviously one on the best of the year in foreign language cinema and not a best of the year overall piece.

Twotrey is right - Devdas was deemed by Time as the Best Foreign film - and 4th in the overall section. By the way, I don't think Devdas is any more melodramatic than Moulin Rouge...
