Hi guys...here I am after long haites...It's been a while since I've posted on this site, I've been a member since 2003...and alot of things have happened in life and changed. But here we all are still loving Bollywood.
After Ali reset my email (thanks Ali) so I could keep my username, I went down memory lane visiting my post from 6 years ago, Kinda get one misty eyed...It got me thinking about how we all share a comman interest and how we all come here to forget our daily grinding and worries. Although I'm a member of a few forums like, Apple Mac (I'm major Fanboy), Photography, X5 World, Zulm always has had a special place in my heart. Here we allot more in comman than computers or cars, here we feel at home, we feel there are people like us out there who don't give the upperlip to bollywood movies, who embrace and celebrate them even though we are thousands of miles away and even though we may have grown up in this western cultures, we still see these movies reflect us in some way.
Well enough of the reminencing...Long Live Zulm!!
So back to why I'm posting today..
I know many may already know this but over Xmas I was shocked to see my local Wal-mart (Morningside and 401, Scaborough) carrying a respectful amount of BW DVDs, I knew they had CDs but not DVDs and not just that the price was quit awesome..and the titles were very good too. I picked up 2 recently, 1) was Omkara 2 DVD set (one of my favourites), and Paheli (with extrasl; Making and music launch) for $8.00 each. I'm contemplating picking up Dus Kahaniyan.
Now I'm not going into the quality and all of the DVD, I guess I'm older and wiser not go down that rocky road. I'm tired of even getting the pirates that suck now, and for movies that I know I'll watch over and over again, and are 5.1 and decent picture, a price like $8 is very reasonable, something I'm proad to support Wal-mart for.
I watch these while working out in my basement on the 50" and sometimes on the 110" Projecter. They had some Yash Raj titles like 2 DVD set Kal Ho Na Ho, but for $20, which is I think over priced for a film like that, since Omkara in my opinion is a better flick and I paid $8 for it, I think it should be $5.

Funny some films were marked the right amount like they had Drona..for $8 too! also but reading the reviews I didn't pick it up.
Well just wanted to let you guys know to check your local Wal-mart and if they have it, than support it, so we don't see it going away and soon we may see even a bigger selection or a $4 Bollywood Bin
