This seems to be a new fashion in India - I picked up the Muddat DVD by Moser Baer when I was over there, and the film is cropped, then anamorphically enhanced

I have Silsila, Kabhi Kabhie and Kaala Patthar. For sure Kabhi Kabhie and Kaala Patthar are new versions, Silsila is still sealed

I have all the new releases by YRF for movies such as Kabhi Kabhie, silsila and kaala pathar and can confirm they are anamorphically presented and the transfer is indeed excellent.. the addition of the documentaries included are worth buying the disc alone...

yrf do put a lot of effort into their discs wish they had done it earlier instead of making me buy it again!
