I followed that link for the SHOLAY cover artwork, I then signed up for the group as suggested and then the page opened up with further links for the actual files. However, upon clicking on the files I discovered that all the links were dead.

I would appreciate some help...

Cheers all.

Why don't you save the DVD cover artwork in 300dpi CMYK in tiff, that way it is printable in high quality CMYK. Also the artwork you design must be also done in 300dpi CMYK and saved as tiff too!!!

No point in saving in RGB (which produces vibrant quality) as no printer in UK and USA offers this system - only in rare exceptions.

Thanks for the suggestion Sunny....actually it is originally saved as a Corel Photopaint file (.cpt) in 300dpi which is where I printed it from. The Jpeg file is for people to download it. I tried saving it as a Tiff file but it was 27mb :nervous: From now on though I will only be making images in your suggestion though CMYK. Thanks! :D

Can someone explain to me what are the exact scenes that was re-inserted back into the Director's Cut (DC).

I know that Gabbar dies, and that the film is presented in a flat academic ratio of 1.33:1 in the DC.

But the DC verison runs at 208 mins and the 70mm edition runs at 198. So what are the addtional mins attributed to?

I have a rough idea but I need verification.

Does someone have any knowledge on this. Surely one of the best Hindi movies ever made deserves a proper DVD re-release.
