If Eros truly did simply upscale SD video and are passing it off as a high definition Blu-ray disc, then surely that must be illegal as it would be a clear case of false advertising. If there is a proper authority that can be notified of this, I'll gladly write a letter myself.

I would wait till any of us get physically this advertised BR in their hands! I have seen only downloaded material only, and I wont base my complain on this. It is possible that ZEROS will deny doing this and can blame silverfox doing it under ZEROS banner lol!
 at least they shelled out a couple bucks for BR media, and woh bhi DL! LOL :lol: pretty clever indeed!
Any one with PHYSICAL POSSESSION OF DISC?

Yeh from the sample it doesn't look much better than an up-scaled DVD.

Maybe the ones rushing out these as exclusives firsts should also be standing firm and offering customers full refunds and sending them back to Eros marked as unacceptable quality. Pls advice and all that... :lol:

Ali check a sample of REM PAL disc from BWT, and report please?

This upscale is abysmal from their orig CRAPPY US edition with bad audio sync. I wish they could have used FB's remaster DVD 9 for better results lol.

I am trying to split the main film into 4GB chunk and burn on DVD 5 RW as AVCHD and play in my PS3 and will report here.

If it's upscaled SD it's from the Digibeta, not some DVD.
The stills so far look like upscaled Digibeta. SD resolution.
If that's what they released they will raise hell like they have never seen. Crappy Indian DVDs is one thing.
Releasing SD on BD advertised as HD is something else entirely.

There you go! You nailed it Mike! Well lets hope queen saves Lulla! But if you have seen PAL version that still looks better than this digibeta upscaled to 1080P :?

If someone has the actual product and can do direct digital stills please post some from all over the film so we can see if there really is no HD detail on this disc.

There was no sticker on Heyy Babyy, so it seems Eros don't bother with silver stickers on their BD covers.

Do all the songs on this BD have the stupid Eros logo in the video? If I am not wrong, Heyy Baby did not have the logo.
